"Church" - the very word brings to mind a thousand pictures.

Many people have said "No Thanks!" to church and religion, but still believe in God. They have been turned off by hype or religious trappings and feel they no longer belong.

Simply put, the Vineyard is a church…but it's not just any church. We see things a little differently from what you may be used to. To us, church is life, it's living and loving people. It's sharing your deepest fears with someone over a cup of coffee. It's laughing at an embarrassing moment of last week with new friends at the end of a great meal.

To us, church is picking someone up at 3 in the morning and taking them away from a bad situation. To us, church is making friends with someone whose background, circumstances and life is different from yours, and being humble enough to listen and learn from their experiences.
