What is “Sozo”?
‘Sozo’ is the Greek word that translates ‘saved,’ ‘healed,’ and ‘delivered’ and it is used over a hundred times in the New Testament.
The Bethel Sozo ministry is a unique, gentle inner healing ministry, led by the Holy Spirit. It aims to quickly get to and deal with the root of things that are hindering your connection with Father God, Jesus and Holy Spirit. It is not a counselling session.
Sessions can run from 2 – 3 hours and are conducted with two or three sozo team members. The sozo team will sit down with you, and with the help of the Holy Spirit, walk you through the process towards freedom, wholeness and growth in your connection to the Father God, Jesus and Holy Spirit.
During a Sozo session you can expect to:
Hear directly from God for yourself.
See strongholds broken through the healing of past wounds.
Close doors from the past that are having a negative impact on your present.
Expose lies you have been believing and replace them with God’s truth.
And at the end of a Sozo ministry time, you will have a list of the good things God has said to you to take away.
Currently we are only able to offer Sozo Sessions to members of Salisbury Vineyard Church. To book your Sozo:
1. Read the Liability Release Form first.
2. Then click on the "Book A Sozo" link below and complete all fields.
3. We also suggest you download the Sozo Forgiveness Notes which are recommended reading before a Sozo session.
Once we have received your completed application we will be in touch with you to arrange your appointment.
Appointments are usually available during the day (including Saturdays). There is no set charge for sozo ministry, but we ask for a donation of £25. This is an investment in your freedom and wholeness, and will be put towards further training for our Sozo teams, covering Sozo team costs and the ongoing support of this ministry.
